Ion Ernest Castro

20th Nov 1948 - 30th August 2018

 

On 30th August 2018 Ion Castro sadly passed away.

 

A previous winner of the Bowskill Challenge, Ion was a long standing Hastings Week Committee  member. He had been a councillor and was the creator and curator of the 1066.net website, which included informing the townsfolk and visitors about Hastings Week for many years.
